[sdiy] Blacet Improbabiltiy Drive build report

Improbability drive: It's really easy - build a pi network consisting of 42
each of 42 mH coils, 42 pf caps and 42 Mohm resistors. For the Bistromath
drive, it is almost completely but not quite entirely like the former --
just use the lesser known pie network configuration.
