[sdiy] resistor wattages

On the basic level, sure, they'd work just fine. They are just about 10
times too big (volumatically speaking) to fit on a PCB designed for 1/4 watt
resistors. We rarely use 1/2w watt anymore. If you are doing your own board,
or going the free-air "wire sculpture" way, they will be okay.
