[sdiy] Frostwave resonator design history

Strangely enough, the Frostwave Resonator
(which has the words "MS20 analog clone" printed on it)
is, in fact, a copy of the filter section of the Korg MS20.
(the one with the LM13600).

The only significant difference, is the additional voltage control of the
resonance.
Which I took from Hal Chamberlin's "Musical Applications of
Microprocessors".
(CA3080 as a voltage controled attenuator in the feedback loop).

My intellectual input was deciding to make the box blue.
