Well....basically...there is nothing to stop you...circuits cannot be
copyrighted...only schematics can (for those who can't see the
distinction...well, what can I say). To protect a circuit...you must have
a patent...
The patents have all run out on the Ladder Filter...anybody can use them
any way they want. I am afraid, Tom...you are being a bit on the silly side.
If somebody wants to protect their intellectual property...it has no place
on the Internet. Once it is posted...well, there it is. It doesn't matter
what type of protections you have...once it is there...the genie is out of
the bottle.
