[sdiy] EFM orders?

I ordered a MIDI->CV kit from EFM on Jun 30 and, now approaching September, 
have not received it yet. 

Has anyone else not received kits ordered from around that time? What is the 
status of this?
I've tried writing him/them a number of times but with no response.
