Absolutely correct.

I just finished figuring out how to make a high-performance discrete 
OTA.  Extremely good matching (< 50 uV) is an absolute necessity.  You have 
to pay for this, either by using the MATs or by selecting a very small 
fraction of less expensive monolithic pairs.
