Hmmz, oh my...
Everybody these days can make and sell  moog-type ladder filters, adapted or 
whatever...no patents apply...
I guess it's like...Hey, I "invented" the letter "A" in the alphabet, now 
everybody who uses the "A" in a word
 has to pay credit to me, or better, I forbid anyone to use the "A" from now 
on....or something similar, I'm sure everybody get's the point...
Why were there no 'problems' when the original monowaves were built btw :p
