And as I have said, I don't have a problem, because it was only the 
prototype that used your filter PCB layout, given that this filter isn't 
anything new, and is not your work to begin with, no, I don't have a problem 
with it.

But tom, the *MOOG* ladder is *NOT* your design!!!!!!!!
Don't get me wrong, if I was using one of your own designs I would ask 
first, and would've even paid you a royality for each monowave I sold, but 
the design is simply not yours to begin with.

so, please, tell me *WHICH* part of the filter is *YOURS*...
But I bet, I can find prior artwork in Bobs designs, this really isn't your 
design, sorry tom.

he explictly asked me NOT to mention his name in conjunction with the 
Monowave, other than to say it was a 'moog ladder copy', which I honoured. I 
can only assume he was working on the voyager at the time which is why he 
was insistant on this.
