I'll clarify what I said..
in the *PROTOTYPE* I copied your PCB layout (incidentally I found a fault 
with it and fixed it).
The new version uses a different PCB layout, so, in that sense its not your 
work.

The filter schematic is a memory moog version (without the summing amp at 
the front).
Or, if you like, its the modular version with a 3080 as a replacement for 
the discrete pair.

I'm all for honour, but sorry, you can't really claim this schematic is your 
work.

I wrote to bob an asked him if I could use it, he wrote back saying he 
wouldn't stop me and that the patent had long expired, but he also would not 
endorse it because he was saving his name for his own products (this was 
pre-voyager).
At the end of the day, this is another moog ladder varient, its neither my 
work, nor yours, its Bobs..
