Well said. To me feeling of those fat heavy bass strings vibrating gives a
sense of feedback that is very appealing. I've only been playing bass a few
months and I pretty much stink at it, but I'm enjoying it a lot. I'm also
removing the quantization... err, I mean de-fretting a cheap bass. It's
turning out well so far.
