I started back in december 2004, got myself in a band about 2 months ago.

I mean, when I fancy playing, all I do is just pick up my bass and play..
If I want to play along with something, or I want it louder, I just turn on 
my amp.

There's none of this waiting for computers to boot, sequencers to start, 
powering up mixers and everything else, I just pick it up and play.. I can 
also sit in the lounge and practice, or in the backgarden (when its nice 
enough).
