Just a quick note to let you know that I have spoken to Paul and he has
given his approval for me to do a run of the MonoWave boards and kits.
I have indicated to Paul that I would like to redraft the pcb which will
allow me to address a couple of small errors but also replace the AT90S8515
with an ATMEGA16 and the AT90S1200's with ATMEGA8's or something along those
lines.
The micros would appear to be the biggest problem in terms of availability.
I do have a decent supply of CA3080 so feel it worth leaving that part of
the circuit untouched and supply the part as a special part and the other
parts appear to be still available for some time.
If any interested persons want to input some feedback then now is the time
although please bear in mind that the intention is NOT to completely rebuild
or redesign the product but to simply allow it continue to exist.
If there is interest in the PolyDAC then this will also be considered.
Best Regards
(Mr) Laurie Biddulph
