This, quite seriously, is a fantastic idea.  I really think  someone (perhaps 
with law or govt. ties) should help the sdiy and AH lists get  this moving in 
the right directions.  Kudos to whomever had the original  idea of the naming 
and then the guy with the correction to 1.0...Now let's "get  'er done" as 
they say (I don't know who)!
