what about the PolyDAC?

its a four channel MIDI->CV converter, with two polyphonic and monophonic 
modes.

I recently posted the PCB Gerberfiles, Schematics and firmware files for the 
PolyDAC on myswebsite.
So, if you can find a PCB place like PCB-Pool, you can have your own 
PolyDAC.
and yes, I can supply some pre-programmed AVRs if you or anyone is unable to 
burn their own, but only until I run out of chips.
