[sdiy] Upper frequency limit for VCO

The Roland SH-1000 uses a resetting ramp VCO. It also has dividers for
footages. Even the highest notes are divided down at least 3 times, som
the VCO runs at up to at least 60kHz, probably higher. 

If you would like more details, I have the schematics somewhere.
