[sdiy] Digital Synthesizer....( DSM-1)

Even though I have not Actually been able to work on this...I made 
significant progress on it.  I was doing another FPGA project for another 
company...and part of what I did I can use in an FPGA based synthesizer.

         There is a bit of bad news...it seems that the Xilinx Starter kit 
might end up not being able to house what it is I want to 
make....:-(.....200K gates just doesn't seem to go as far as it used to.... :-)

         However...I am hoping I might be wrong.  I am going to end up 
using the Micro Blaze for the micro processor.  Some of the things I am 
going to be needing to do includes making a boot loader for the dang thing.

         I have started a web page for it... (see below)...I will try to 
keep it more or less up to date (it is already behind...).
