Kevin --

Perhaps if you told us what your requirements are we could help you find a 
substitute.  Probably the MAT03 would work, unless there is some special 
characteristic of the AD821 you need.  The inexpensive Japanese pairs would 
also possibly be OK.

And I do have the data sheet. Just let me know what parameters you need to 
know. The main specs are Vbe matching to 1 mV, Ib matching to 10 nA, hFE 
150-600, breakdown 45 V, noise figure 3 dB.
