I don't know... but the ones I saw were usually
PCB mount 12mm square with plastic shafts...

you can get panel mount bushings but they look to
fit in REAL thin panels.

I don't think most people will be interested. I have
a semi-high volume app but I would not want to buy
1000 pcs. now
