Theoretically, with some careful trimming, you could use that to control
an LM13700 to adjust the gain going into a conventional expo. Be a pain
to get right and I haven't tried it yet, but...

A nice side effect, if practical, would be to leave the second OTA
laying around for, say, a tri-core vco.
