[sdiy] wall warts--wishful thinking

One can be made from a single AC wallwart transformer by using halfwave
recitifiers (and larger caps to compensate for that).  This is how the
PAiA FatMan makes 3 supplies (+5, +8 and -12) from one wallwart AC
transformer.
