The free version has a limit of 100mm x 80mm. The
$199(us) version limits to 100mm x 160mm. The $399(us)
version is unlimited. They charge twice: once for the
schematic capture piece, and once for the PCB part.
The good news is you can incrementally upgrade. I was
planning on spending the $398 for the 'standard'
chunks, then upgrading to 'pro' later. Not cheap, but
not horrible either.
