last time I tried it, the PCB size was limited to 100mm by 60mm, and there 
was a component/hole count limit aswell.
So you could get to a point where you couldn't add parts to your schematic, 
or that you might not have enough board space to place them all.

I guess the key thing is try as many different ones as you can, and then 
decide.
