[sdiy] Oakley Filtrex-1

I'm looking for opinions on something.

So, now that my 3031 is really done, I need to do my Filtrex.  I had planned
to put it in a 1U box ( and in fact have a Schaffer 1U panel already done )
but I've kinda realised that it might be good to do 2U and put the jacks on
the front.  I'm also toying with the idea of doing it 1U with a second U
patch panel.  I shoulda just built the damn thing before I actually started
thinking about it.

So, if you've built a Filtrex ( or other filter-in-a-box ) did you patch it
out the front or back?
