[sdiy] TB3031 fully completed ( finally! )

This has been an on-and-off project for about a year now but its finally
complete.  A couple pictures because the topic of chassis comes up every few
months.

Thats the BUD CH14400 chassis with a Front Panel Express faceplate.  The
only change I did from Tony's original file was adding the 4 holes for the
mounting screws.  I opted for internal AC power.  Back panel has the
combination EMI/PowerJack/Switch/Fuse block, audio out, re-trig on/off, and
midi-in.  As I repeatedly mention, I use lacing tape unstead of tie wraps.
I dont care for the switches I got.  They work and fit, but I selected them
not because they would look good but because I could get them with no
lead-time.  Had I realised how long it would take to actually get this guy
boxed, well, I'd have waited for the right switches.
