I have a programmer here,  the one that Steve Ciarcia wrote an article about 
in Byte magazine way back when,  based on the 8052-BASIC chip.  It'll handle 
down to '16s,  not '08s though.

I also have plenty of eprom chips.

If someone needs something copied,  I could handle that,  or I could also use 
an intel hex file as input to the device,  and go from there.
