[sdiy] eprom question

Can anyone recommend a service that programs eproms
for hobbyists/consumers?
I've only been able to find ones that work in large
quantities for businesses, and I really only need one
chip programmed.
Needless to say I don't own a programmer or know
anyone else who does.
