[sdiy] Looking for Formant Pro dual-VCA schematics

Hi

I recently got a PCB and a bunch of components from someone with
the added clarification that it was a Formant dual-VCA.  Sadly,
it includes a parts list and component layout of a different
VCA altogether, and I have also found it doesn't look like the
Formant dual-VCA at all.  From the PCB, it looks more like this
one: http://www.msc175.de/module/vca_lin.htm, which seems to be
from the Formant Pro.

Can anyone point me to a schematic of that so I can at least
start assembling this thing?
