Well it's good to hear the problem is being 'phased out' as Cliff shift 
their old stock, but I would say that in the UK the problem is still 
definitely something to be aware of - Cliff UK's normally sold S6/BB 
sockets are model number CL1382 (solder tag) and CL1384 (PCB).  These 
are the models with the problem.  Rapid Electronics in UK stocks model 
CL1384.

The type without the problem have model number CL13841 (PCB).  According 
to the Cliff UK rep there isn't even a model number yet for the improved 
solder tag type.
