Very good lubricant for drilling all types of aluminium I drilled
so far is pure alcohol (everclear). And it's fun to use too
as you can have a drink every now and then ;)
Nice and shiney finish with stepper drill, or plain drill bit.
Drill press is what you like to use for it.
I've also had good results, especially while cutting threads, with
machine oil.
