[sdiy] Slightly OT: Gravis Ultrasound Doc

A quick bit of research finds that the GF1 was designed by ICS ( Integrated
Circuit Systems ),  its also known as the ICS1614.
http://www.icst.com for the company that made the chip.  The datasheet isnt
online but maybe if you asked real nice-like...

Here's a link to another simular chip, used on highend older cards by Turtle
Beach, the ICS2115 http://www.alasir.com/msnd/ics2115.pdf

ICS seems to have left the soundcard chipset market right about the time
they sold Turtle Beach to Voyetra.
