For the first two, you will find some examples on my site. Just use 
the "find" function of your browser. as for the Moog modular, next to 
the 2N2646, there's about 20 other transistors used in there, plus a 
couple of FET's.
One day, each and every part ever used in a synth should be listed, 
but there's still a little bit of work left to do. Sorry.  ;-)
