That's sad. The 2N2646 is about the crappiest
unijunction available.
We used one where I work (a GE part no longer made).
when I replaced the 2N2646 in my drum machine
("stupid")... the tempo range increased from pulses
per
minute to full-ahead Techno.
They don't make that transistor anymore... a
substitute part of similar specs costs $50
Sawtooth with FET reset, anyone ???
