Good Trader = delivers what is advertised, on time, in proper condition, at the
agreed upon price.

Good Designer = Puts all the components on the board as a thought, not an
afterthought. Decoupling caps are not 'optional'

disclaimer : we all fvck up and forget components or add fixes. In a really tight
commercial product, these are all done at the prototype stage and the customer
gets a 'perfect' board. In a 'hobby' board you get what you get.
