  Just ask for a scored array from your board house..  I do this 
routinely with boards for things like SMT tempco resistor+dual 
transistor "SIPs."  The local house I use here did something like 634 
boards per panel for me.  They generally like it when you panelize a 
board as it uses less of their board stock, and as a result you get a 
good unit price.
