[sdiy] Very small PCB fab

Anyone recommend a PCB fab that will do extremely small PCBs?  I'm thinking
something about the size of, well, a DIP8.  This is smaller then I've found
sofar.  If not, it'll be easy enough to get long/narrow boards and cut them
but I'm looking for the easy way out...
