I timed my ASM-1 VCOs up to 160 kHz, but only about 100 kHz was really usefull
since the last part the expo was more or less saturated (MAT-02).

Naturally, your milage will vary and with different dimensioning you should be
able to push it upwards if you really like. Beware of the reset-time and the
de Franco compensation which must be properly set.
