Limited shelf life? That makes no sense when people often keep spare
parts around for decades.
It's ok for idiots in governments to resume manufacturing nuclear
materials, chemical weapons, etc., and for aquifiers, homes and
workplaces to be filled with needless carcinogens... and for
generically modified produce covered in pesticides and herbicides to
be sold, but leaded electronic components, which do a miniscule amount
of damage, are classified as a major problem. The only thing that
makes sense about that is that it's supported by political loonies.
