[sdiy] VCR mod

OK, old thread but if you go to a second hand store and find a really old 
VCR - the kind with twisty 'duggada-duggada-duggada' tuning knobs - I think 
these are more immune to the sync messing that the Macrovision does. Anyway 
I've seen copying Disney tapes work on one of these just fine when it 
wouldn't on a newer VCR. Good luck finding one that wouldn't LOOK like it 
was being messed up though. Still these VCR's are nuclear(ular)-bomb proof 
as far as I can tell.
