Xpander and Matrix 12 dont use 8 bits, they use 14 bit DAC,
and to achive even higher resolution they first mux 14 bits
into a down scaled (gain less then 1)buffer, next they
put out 14 bits these are added to the Cv value stored 
in the down scaler buffer, result , very high and not
needed resulotion!!

OB8 uses the same DAC 3140.

U814, U815 and R849 are the down scaler, U813 are
the summing inverting buffer for the two voltages.
