this schematic may help you to check. And I know that more
lower hFE one are more easy to get match from my experiments.
Few peolple say same thing.

Now I try to get another tempco resistors. but it may be 1k 1/6w
3300ppm, not 2k. it may $30 or so for 100 pieces. I'm checking
real price now.
