Dalbani sells a lot of crap, though they used to be my main supplier
of CA3019's too and had no probs.
After they moved to Florida, they went downhill.
For most purposes I've found that buying large lots of quality parts
assures pretty close matching. I use a Vu-Data 5110 and usually they
fall into a very tight range where selection is easy or I can just
verify that most are within a certain tolerance. It's fairly easy to
set up a jig for testing with a meter anyways.
