I own one of these, and frankly, the starting bid price is just about what  
you ought to pay for it.  But his disk reader is not broken, so that's nice  
(but it only comes with a few disks - I have a bunch, but my reader doesn't work 
 anymore :-(  What's really great is that my father, who taught middle  
school in the 1970s (still does) when they used a punch-card attendance  mechanism 
- well, those attendance punch cards fit the RMI and indeed, create  sound 
when shoved into the slot.  Man, I gotta get that "disk  drive" working !
 
Honestly, the machine is a glorified organ (that's what I use mine as -  
though it is an oddball digital organ).  But it's fun, nonetheless.   'Specially 
through a nice phaser :-)  It's helpful if the pedals work (and  actually 
mandatory for the volume pedals to work, as far as I know.  Mine  has no sound 
without the volume pedals hooked up...)
