[sdiy] Joystick Handles

Sorry I havent gotten back to people on the joystick handles yet.  Work has
been extremely busy.  I will try and respond to everyone that mailed in the
next day or so.  I've also contacted Alltronics to see if he'll do a price
break on buying 50+ of the joysticks at once if people are interested in
joysticks with the handles.

On another note, I'm in communication now with two US based Injection
Molders about making 1900H's.  I should have quotes back within a week with
the per piece cost being slightly higher then going to Taiwan, but the
initial tooling charges lower and the minimum run quantity lower.
I also got a couple 1900H's from Davies last run and the indicator line
quality has actually managed to get worse somehow, I believe the term used
to describe how they put on the indicator line is "angry midget beavers".
