I know a guy who works what used to be the CPEMC (I think it's no longer 
affiliated with Princeton), and since they dismantled this lab (i 
believe this was the "additive lab") in the late 90s, they have been 
giving away the function generators stacked in that picture as awards 
for best or worst student compositions or something of the sort.
