I saw a movie for the first time in seven years... It was "Fellowship of the
Ring"
I was told it would end abruptly... of course as a long time Tolkien fan I KNEW
that)
I was following the script... silently reading along with my lips as Galadriel
says
"I pass the test... I will diminish and go into the West"... when an ad appears
for
a local realtor.

WOAH that really IS abrupt.  Turns out the film broke, and the projectionist had
left
for the night.  I stood up and said "Well have to finish this ourselves... I
WILL be
GANDALF, who wants to be Frodo ???"

Some stoner turns and says "wow dude I know you, you were in the MOVIE"   :^P

So the pointy hat might not be too far off the mark....
