[sdiy] OT: looking for high frequency, high output swing opamp

That description is in my 1976 National Semiconductor databook which has 
the LH0033/LH0063.
There are two LH0063Ks (date codes 7941 and 7913) and two LH0033CJs in 
my collection-o-stuff.
These are simply voltage followers.

A CA3080 can double as a regular voltage amplifier with a decent 80V/us 
slew rate if you convert the output current to voltage.
