Hello everyone!
It's been a long time since I've completed a new module, so I'm totally
excited about this one!! Although I love the other pattern generators that
I've built, I felt they were too hard to patch up. Heck, I'm lazy. This
one is probably going to take the place of the old CV Gen.

* This new pattern generator has variable length patterns, which are
selectable through the thumbwheel switches.
* The whole idea of selecting the pattern has been tossed out the window.
The selection knobs on the old CV generator were so sensitive that any
attempt to select a pattern usually ended in randomness. So, instead of
fighting it, I built randomness right into the module. Hitting the
"Generate" button generates your pattern. You can save and load the pattern
into memory slots 0-9. (You actually only store the random number seed into
the EEPROM. ;-) )
* I added a "sample" input. This acts somewhat like a sample and hold. If
you want a constant stream on notes, you can patch the clock input directly
into the sample input. [ notice the built in multiple for this purpose ] I
like to pretend that the module is constantly thinking of little songs in
it's head, and when you clock the Sample input, it hums the note it was
currently thinking about out loud.
That's about it! I've only built one of these suckers, but I'll be cranking
these during my spare time. I'm considering looking for a distributor, as
shipping has become a real issue. I don't have as much time as I used to.
Any leads would be much appreciated. This module is almost perfectly Blacet
size too, so I might make a Blacet compatible version.
Take it easy everyone! Thanks for letting me share my excitement!!
