[sdiy] Polyevolver, AudioMidi Synth Guru talk last nite.

Saw the AudioMidi event last nite and asked Dave. The chip is an improved
Curtis chip that Doug Curtis did as a favor to Dave. Doug is now employed
in a different non-music-related field so I doubt more chips will follow...

I got a shirt with Tom/Bob/Dave's signatures. There is a knob under each of
their names (and silkscreened signature). I asked Bob to mark his knob to
11 - so he drew start and end markings on it and an 11. Then I went to Dave
and said, "Hey, Bob's knob goes all the way to 11, what about yours?" So he
made his go to 99. Then I went to Tom. Tom said that knobs shouldn't have
markings; just a pointer, so he refused to change his. :-) Photo on my
website of the shirt etc. in a short while. Really cool to get these guys
all at once. Wish the Q&A could've gone on another hour..

Barry

Anyone have one of these or spend anytime with it. Seems to have nice
specs and the price isn't bad, there cheaper then a lot of p5s I see on
ebay. Anyone know what the analog section is

Oh yeah,
All you guys kick ass, I learn more from reading your posts and pages
then I do from my teachers at school. Thank you much
