[sdiy] tinning PCB traces

there's a solder flash kit you can purchase at most places that sell the
materials for copper etching.  It's a white powder added to heated water,
It doesn't plate and its coating is very very thin - but it does coat the
copper.  Not sure how well it protects against corrosion of the underlying
copper, either.
