[sdiy] Moog's modules

Moog built a patch programmer module for Emerson which was designed by a guy
named Rich Walborn while he was working there.  Walborn is now one of the
principles at Blue Sky Speakers and I worked with him while we were both at
Miller & Kreisel.  Hell of a nice guy.
